שלום לכולם שמי מקסים,בפרוייקט שלי למנועי DC השתמשתי ברכיב זה(על מנת שיסע לשני כיוונים וכ'ו), השאלה שלי היא לגבי הרכיב עצמו, הסתכלתי ב DATASHEET וראיתי שיש בתוכו דיודות, לפי מה שהבנתי הדיודות אמורות להגן על הרכיב מפני קפיצות מתח שעל גבי המנוע, השאלה איך בדיוק נוצרת ההגנה כמה שלא ניסיתי לחפש לא מצאתי הסבר..

אני לא מכיר את הרכיב אז קח את דברי בערבון מוגבל, שמפסיקים את פעולת המנוע(לא מספקים זרם) נוצר זרם אחורי(שהולך מהמנוע לרכיב) שיכול לשרוף את הרכיב. הדיודה מאפשרת לזרם לעבור רק בכיוון אחד, מהרכיב למנוע, ולא נותנת לזרם האחורי לזרום דרך הרכיב.

בהמשך לתשובה של קודמי , הזרם הנוצר הוא בכיוון ההפוך לזרם שאתה מפעיל כאשר אתה מפעיל את הרכיב, הדיודה לא משפיע על נזרם כאשר הרכיב יוצר אותו , אבל כאשר המנוע יוצר אותו הדיודה ניכנסת לפעולה ועוקפת את הרכיב.

התחיל את ההסבר מהוידאו כאן, הוא מדגים למה צריך הגנה על טרנזיסטור בודד.
בשונה מהשרטוט בוידאו, אפשר לשים את הדיודה במקביל לטרנזיסטור במקום במקביל לסליל.
ה-L293 מכיל 4 טרנזיסטורים, 2 לכל מוצא, אז ההגנה משוכפלת מספר פעמים.

כשהדוחף מפסיק לספק זרם לעומס השראותי, נוצר על המשרן מתח שמתנגד לשינוי בזרם (ע"ע חוק לנץ ופארדיי).
המתח שנוצר על המשרן יכול להיות גדול יותר ממתח המקור שמזין את הדוחף (מה שקראת לו קפיצת מתח במנוע).
הפרש המתחים בין שני צידי הדוחף יווצר זרם שרוצה לחזור, מהמנוע דרך הטרנזיסטור שבדוחף ובחזרה למקור, דבר שעלול לשרוף את הטרנזיסטור.

עכשיו כאן נכנס התפקיד של הדיודות כהגנה.
כל זמן שהפרש המתחים תקין משני צידי הטרנזיסטור בדוחף, הדיודות במצב של נתק.
כאשר מפסיקים להזרים זרם למנוע ונוצר מתח הפוך הדיודות נפרצות והופכות לקצר.

ההגנה של הדיודות מתבססת על העובדה שזרם יעדיף תמיד לזרום דרך המסלול עם ההתנגדות הנמוכה ביותר.
למוצא של הדוחף יש התנגדות מסויימת שאמורה להיות גדולה (מוצא אידיאלי-התנגדות אינסופית)
בעוד שהדיודות, כשהם נפרצות, מהוות קצר חסר התנגדות.
הזרם החוזר מהמנוע יעדיף לעבור דרך הדיודות חזרה למקור במקום לעבור דרך הטרנזיסטור שבמוצא הדוחף.
