אני זקוק לדרך כלשהי לדעת אם מכשיר דמוי עפרון נמצא במצב אופקי או שהוא נוטה ( אחד הקצוות נמוך / גבוה מהשני).
רגישות של 1 ס"מ מספיקה. חשבתי על שני חיישנים . אני צריך לדעת את מיקומו של אחד ביחס לשני (הפרש בגובה ורצוי גם
הפרש ב-X וב-Z). אם יש הפרש גדול מסף, המכשיר יצפצף.

ניתן ככל הנראה להתמודד עם הבעיה (בצורה המאוד פשטנית שהסברתה) בהרבה דרכים.
לדוגמה עם אקסלרומטר תלת צירי אשר יהיה מחובר במרכזה.
הוא יראה על נתניה של המערכת לאחד הכיוונים.
כל נושא הזה נכון כאשר המערכת אינה נעה התאוצות גבוהות.

אולי קצת פיספסתי פה חלק מהבעיה, אבל מה רע במפסק כספית פשוט? ברגע שהמתקן יהיה מוטה כספית תזרום לקצה המפסק ותסגור מעגל, ברגע שהמפסק ישר המעגל נפתח. ישנם מפסקים קטנים מאוד ואפשר למצוא אותם ב-EBAY במחירי בדיחה (10 יחידות ב-15 שקל...)

ברצוני לדעת אם ישנו איזה שהוא חיישן ,שיאפשר לי לקבל קריאת גובה של הזרוע ! (בקדמת הכלי )

והכול על מנת לא לצאת כול פעם למדוד בחוץ.

דבר שני, כן-קיימים הרבה דרכים למדוד גובה של זרועות.
אבל אתה חייב להגדיר את הבעיה יותר מדוייק. אתה רוצה גובה ביחס לקבינה? ביחס לאדמה? באיזה רמת דיוק אתה רוצה את המדידה? עשרות מילמטרים? חצי מטר דיוק זה טוב?
